Meet the Designer: 20 Years of Innovation & Artistry

My name is Michael Barker, I'm the founder of The Holidays Market, and my journey in design began with a BA in Industrial Design (Class of 2007). Over the past two decades, I've served as a Senior Visualization Specialist and CAD Manager at leading Engineering firms, managing complex technical workflows ad high-fidelity 3D renderings.

The Holidays Market was born from a passion for merging that technical precision with beautiful, everyday objects. When you shop our collection of luxury blankets, artisan glassware, and 3D-printed jewelry, you aren't just buying a product - you're investing in a piece of designed with an engineer's eye for detail and and artist's soul.

The Studio Setup:

To Ensure the highest quality for every customer project, our 3D Printing Lab utilizes a suite of professional-grade equipment, including:

• High-Detail Resin Printing (Elegoo Saturn 3 Ultra) for intricate jewelry and miniatures.

   

• Large-Format FDM Printing (Elegoo Neptune 4 Max) for architectural models and structural prototypes.

   

• High-Speed Technical Printing (Elegoo Centauri Carbon & Ender 3 Pro).

From technical drafting and mechanical design to custom brand identity, I am dedicated to providing “regular people” and corporate clients alike with the same high-tier expertise I bring to my roles in the engineering world.
